Good Twist O the mist, kids will really enjoy..

So yummy!! The building is cute (worn down, but cute) and has so many cool flavors to try!! The prices were fair and the woman at the window was so friendly! I got panda paws and my husband got the superhero! Only a 5 minute walk from the state park and right outside the hotel we stayed at.

They ran out of vanilla soft serve ice cream, chocolate then went out mid order...so we had to yet again change our order. The one chocolate soft serve we did get the sprinkles were stale. We ask for a discount since everything was an inconvenience...the girl working said she wasn't the boss so she couldn't make that decision. It's a shame, because from the outside the place is eye catching and has a cute name....all just to be disappointed.

The ice cream that I finally could get was good. Tables to sit at were filthy. They need to keep their signs updated. I had to keep asking for different flavors since every flavor I asked for they said they were out of. I ended just getting a plain chocolate.

This has to be the poorest excuse for a business They only had chocolate hard dip ice cream . No soft serve at all even the Jimmys are stale. It appeared to be foreign managed, a very poor performance and hygienically edept . Wouldn't let my dog order here, NEVER EVER TO RETURN TO A S___HOLE

Charming name and look, friendly staff. They were out of some basics, like vanilla soft serve, but it was 4th of July weekend. Would go back and would recommend if you were looking for a sweet treat.

We went there 5 Minutes Early, they denied to serve us Ice cream. The Reason that they have Cleaned the Scoops and Packed all the Ice cream up.False advertising about the Store hours.

Great soft serve and good portions for the price. They don't skimp on the sprinkles and the waffle cone was good.

The cashier couldn’t care less about her job and the menu is outdated but the ice cream is good

We showed up at 2:50 and were told they were closed and had closed at 3. Times should be updated if they are going to stop serving and close before the advertised time.

There were large chunks of ice in my ice cream, I asked for a waffle cone, the cone was completely split in half, making it fall apart while I was eating it..after the 5th chunk o ice, I went to the window tp complain, the staff spoke broken English and continuously cut me off when I tried to complain

Ice Cream tastes like it's all natural. The ladies working the counter are very accommodating to requests. The owner knows how to make their customers happy. Great experience. HINT: all natural ice cream melts fast so carry plenty if napkins.

Maybe if there was another ice cream place, i would never go to them. The service there is not bad but could be a lot more cheerful since most customers are tourist. The ice cream was okay, not impressive but cooling for a hot summer day. I would love to see it cleaner, more welcoming with better seating

We've tried twice this trip to go to you guys but unfortunately we haven’t been very successful cuz the guy just closes down whenever he feels like it, the website says 11 so the first day we got there at 945 pm thinking u would be open but u were closed and then the next day we asked the guy what time he closes and he said 7 but he said to be safe to get there around 5 so we got there like 455 and he was already closed, u guys are one of the things we look forward to when we come here but instead we have to get ice cream somewhere else coz apparently u guys don't want our money

The chocolate chip cookie dough was amazing...you got a amazing amount for the price you paid

Definitely enjoyed the muddy sneakers flavor and service was quick and friendly. They were nice enough to let my wife try a sample of a flavor she was interested in.

Great custard, but they were out of everything on the Monday night, no waffle confess, no peanut butter dip, no marshmallow, no butter scotch toppings. So we just got the cake cone which was good though.

We are in Niagara Falls on day 4 of a 5 day trip. It would be helpful if you kept the business hours updated. We had some ice cream on the first day, and it was really good. Last night we opted for some ice cream, and it was closed. We ended up walking a bit further to a large gift shop that also sells ice cream. After I thought about we crossed the Rainbow bridge the previous night around 830/845 and it was closed then too. We are staying directly behind at the Wyndham Garden.

The ladies are very helpful but the selection is very poor. The product is more like frozen cream rather than "italian type" ice cream. I got the vanilla choclate twist with M&Ms sprinlkes. I did not enjoy it.

For an ice cream stand just outside of the Niagara Falls, turned out, it wasn't tooooo much of a rip-off. Perry's Ice cream is good anywhere

There were supposed to be open till 11:00 pm but when we arrived at 9:50 pm they were already closed and there were other customers there who saw that they were supposed to be open. So we had to go to McDonald's on Niagara Falls Boulevard.

Disney Land is right here in Niagara Falls thanks to the ice cream dome shape of the Twist o' the Mist ice cream stand. They have More than 48 Flavors ( freshly baked waffle cone filled with Toffee Coffee Ice Cream is my favorite) of hand dipped ice cream, and soft serve custard. The prices are very affordable, service is good, all the attractions on the American side of Niagara Falls is within walking distance. Taking friends and family there will be an unforgettable treat that they will never forget.

They didn't have any soft serve, ran out of very basic flavors, and their sherbert was frozen.

Service was only ok. Found part of a broken fork in my ice cream.

Provides exceptional customer service and is an excellent local ice-cream stand located near the Wyndham Garden Fallsview Hotel in Niagara Falls, NY. Provides astounding Indian ice-cream options to all of its raving patrons: mango kulfi, pineapple kulfi, coconut kulfi, pistachio kulfi, badam pista kulfi, rose milk kulfi, strawberry kulfi, chocolate kulfi, and kiwi kulfi to name a few.

Management need to update the hours that they are open.I stopped by to enjoy a cone and they are closed. According to the signs on the windows, they are not accepting credit cards either. There are no hours posted anywhere which makes it hard to have customers.

Website says they close at 11. We got to the restaurant at 10:30 and they refused to serve us.

Being my first time going there it was pretty good. I had the camnoli ice cream and my fiance had the butter pecan. Both delicious 😋. We enjoyed it 😊!!

The girl working was very friendly and had our ice cream out in a good time. The ice cream was very good, and there were so many flavors it was hard to decide! I got the Oregon Blackberry Cheesecake and it was awesome! Definitely going to return to try more in the future.

Always a traditional stop when we visit here! Many flavors! Usually a little wait and sold out of a few flavors and/or certain cones. But, they are always so busy, so no wonder why!

Didn’t have flavors like vanilla. The chocolate had chunks of ice like it melted and refrozen. Peanut butter was terrible-little peanut butter and cheap flavor

My family and I stayed in Niagra Falls for a few days. Our hotel is directly behind Twist o’ the mist (Wyndham Garden). We got ice cream there and it was very nice. There is a fountain and some benches to sit. The cream was very high quality and the building is very cute. Would recommend for anyone!

Simple not too expensive ice cream shop. Cash only.

This restaurant is excellent. The food is great the prices are great the staff and service are excellent. This is a wonderful family and family owned business. If you are ever in Niagara Falls you must stop here for some exellent ice cream and food as well as just a great place to bring the kids and have fun. Top notch service and food. This is a must see restaurant if you are ever close to the area.

I love ice cream and this place make homemade ice cream with several different yummy flavors. The staff was friendly, bubbly and fun. Always give free samples.

Ice cream was not great, selection was poor, and over priced. Don't go here for quality anything. Atmosphere is horrible too as you are litterally in the flight path of the helicopter.

Service wasn't great got both of our orders wrong, just a simple custard in a dish! Prices are equivalent to others in the area. They serve Perrys. Custard was okay. Nothing special. If you're looking for value and great icecream experience DeeDees on NFBlvd is worth the drive.

I had a mint flavored ice-cream, I can't remember the name of the flavor, and it was good! I remember friendly service and reasonable prices. I recommend this place.

Would have loved to be able to indulge. 10:35 p.m. we arrived only to be told that they were already closed for the evening even though her sign is still flashing and it states they're open till 11.

This ice cream shop of small portions at high prices . You might as well get a small cause the medium and large are pretty small. Nice place but but sizing is random and depends on the mood of the server. Go to another local ice cream shop and the sizes are better. They know they are a tourist trap and dont care about what they give you. Show some pride in Niagara Falls and treat our tourists with pride please and you will get better reviews
